New Build Stonework in Perth
A self-build project on the outskirts of Perth needed natural stone cladding on the front and side elevations, plus stone boundary walls and a feature entrance. The architect specified local sandstone to tie the new property into the surrounding landscape.
We worked alongside the main contractor, scheduling the stonework to fit the build programme. The cladding went on after the block shell was weathertight, and the boundary walls were built during the landscaping phase.
The result is a new house that looks like it belongs. The natural stone gives it a character and quality that render or brick simply can't match. The client's architect was particularly pleased with how the entrance detail turned out.
